 Create a blank image
with 100x100 pixels in size, Press D on your keyboard then Press
X and fill the
background with white. |

 Draw out a circle with
the Elliptical Marquee tool, now press G on your keyboard and fill
from the upper left down to the bottom right with
the radial gradient tool. |

 Deselect the selection
and make a smaller circle inside the one you just
made. Now Rotate it 180 degrees |

 Contract by 2 pixels
Then rotate 180 again, Don't lose your
selection. |

 To change the color of
the inner circle, go to , check the
"Colorize" option, and play with the values till
you get a satisfied result. |
